Dr. Bill Dischinger, one of the most highly respected orthodontists and lecturers in the industry, sits down with us for a candid conversation to share what he’s learned from running a successful practice for more than 20 years. Using the evolution of his own practice as an example, Dr. Dischinger will talk about how he’s been able to consistently grow his practice by investing in new tools and technologies to increase same-day starts, and how redefining staff roles and responsibilities allows his team to focus on what they do best every day.
ABOUT DR. BILL DISCHINGER
Dr. Bill Dischinger maintains private practices in Lake Oswego and Canby, Oregon. He has lectured and taught all over the world and is recognized as an expert on many subjects within the specialty of orthodontics. He is a KOL for both Ormco and Propel Orthodontics. He is an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific Department of Orthodontics in San Francisco, California. Dr. Dischinger has published numerous articles and written a book on a variety of subjects within the specialty of orthodontics. Dr. Dischinger completed his dental training at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1997 and his orthodontic residency at Tufts University in Boston in 1999. He and his wife, Kari Lynn have been married for over 25 years and have four sons.
